Building Foundations

Building Foundations was in 2019 and focuses on hands-on activities to help children understand an important concept in the construction field: having a strong foundation! Features of the exhibit include a crane for children to operate, a large bridge to construct, and many ways for them to move heavy equipment around whether in the large sand-digging area or the large interactive magnetic mural. Kids can also dress for the job by putting on the safety equipment and operating the flag sign to let everyone know about the construction in progress.
